Account and personal data deletion

You can submit a request to delete your account in the app and on the Imperiya Auto website (imperiya-auto.com.ua), as well as all related personal data.

Instructions

Through the app or the website:

  1. Sign in at imperiya-auto.com.ua or open the «Imperiya Auto» app
  2. Go to «My profile» → «Settings»
  3. Tap «Delete account»
  4. To confirm, type «DEL» in the relevant field
  5. Confirm the deletion
  6. Your account will then be marked for deletion.

By email:
If you cannot access the app, send a request to support@imperiya-auto.com.ua with the subject «Account deletion». In the message, state the phone number or email the account is registered to.

Via Telegram:
Message @ImperiyaAutoSupportBot and let us know you want to delete your account.

We will process the request within 30 calendar days.

Once the request is confirmed, the following will be permanently deleted:

  • Personal data: phone number, email, name, profile photo
  • Listings: all your listings for cars and licence plates, including photos, descriptions and contact details
  • Saved items: favourite listings, search history, notification settings

In line with the requirements of Ukrainian law, some data may be retained for a limited period:

  • Payment and transaction data — retained for up to 3 years after the account is deleted (accounting and tax requirements, Tax Code of Ukraine)
  • Anonymised analytics data — aggregated data that cannot identify an individual may be retained indefinitely

You can delete some of your data without deleting the account:

  • Listings — delete individual listings in the «My listings» section
  • Photos — edit a listing and remove the photos you no longer need
  • Personal data — change or clear the fields in «My profile» → «Settings»
  • Deleting an account is irreversible — data cannot be restored afterwards.
  • Active paid services are not refundable once the account is deleted.
  • After the request is submitted, your account will be deactivated within 24 hours, and full data deletion will take place within 30 days.
