1. Go to the dealerships / for business page
2. Fill in the form: company name, contact details, address.
3. Our manager will contact you within 1 business day to confirm.

Yes, registration is currently free.

There are currently no limits on adding listings.

If you have not heard back within 2 business days, message our support: @ImperiyaAutoSupportBot. Include the company name and the date you submitted the form.

1. Sign in to your account at imperiya-auto.com.ua
2. Click «Add listing»
3. Choose the «Licence plate» type
4. Enter the plate number and set a price
5. Pay for the publication.

Imperiya Auto is a platform for publishing listings. We connect the seller with the buyer. Re-registering the plate takes place between the parties in accordance with Ukrainian law through the Ministry of Internal Affairs service centres.

Yes, personalised licence plates can be put up for sale. When creating the listing, enter your personalised plate in the relevant field.

1. Sign in to your account
2. Go to «My profile» → «My listings»
3. Find the listing you want to change
4. Click the «Edit» button
5. Change the price and click «Save changes»

Make sure that:

• All required fields are filled in (name in your profile, price, description)
• You are connected to the internet

If the problem persists — message us with a link to the listing.

Open the listing for editing, delete the old photos and upload new ones.

Check:

• Whether all required fields are filled in (marked with an asterisk *)
• Whether there are red error messages on the page

If you see red text at the top — that is a hint about what needs fixing.

If you already have an active listing for the same car, first delete or deactivate the old listing, after which you will be able to create a new one.

4. To deactivate the listing, click the «Archive» button
5. To delete the listing, go to the archived listings section
6. Find the listing in the archive
7. Click the «Delete» button

Contact support at @ImperiyaAutoSupportBot with a link to the listing — we will delete it manually.

• The make and model of the car
• The model year
• The engine type (petrol, diesel, electric, hybrid)

We will add the model to the catalogue as soon as possible.

• A listing for selling a licence plate: UAH 899.

• Check that the phone number is correct
• Try resetting your password via «Forgot password»

Click «Forgot password» on the sign-in page. We will send a confirmation code to your phone number or email.

Moderation usually takes between 1 and 5 minutes during the day. At night it may take longer.

A listing may be rejected if:

• The photos do not match the description
• The information about the car is incomplete or inaccurate
• The platform rules have been broken

You will receive a message with the reason for rejection. Fix the issues and submit the listing again.

That is normal — a listing appears in search only after it has passed moderation.

Contact support with the listing number or a link. Possible reasons:

• The listing was sent back for re-moderation
• A technical error

We will check and restore the listing.
